Branzino is known for its lean white-firm meat. Branzino is a spectacular shiny silver-skinned fish and is known for being sweet-flavored, tender, juicy, and delicious! &#8221; &#8211; Our fillets are ready to saute and make you the star of the range!<\/p>\n<p>We are direct importers of this fish, and they come directly to us from Turkey 2x per week. Sunday evenings and Thursdays. They are harvested and shipped on the same day &#8211; fresher fish might not be possible unless you caught them yourself.
