Chef Adam Cooking Tip:
a. The fillets come ready to cook – preheat oven to 375
b. Lightly spray with your favorite cooking spray or don’t – it is optional
c. Cook for 12/15 minutes & enjoy
You can top with pepper flakes to kick it up a notch or cajun seasoning if you like.
Goes well with many of our sauces in the sauce category, I am a fan of the Tartar sauce for this dish
