 The Jumbo Stone Claw will Impress your most discerning guests – these are a super WOW and cooked to perfection !!  2 to 3 jumbo pieces per pound paired with our very own creamy mustard sauce that brings smiles to all. We source these claws fresh from our fishing partners out of Key West Florida where some of the best fishing is known to happen!  From catch to cook we receive the claws within 24 hours fresh, never frozen to ensure a memorable experience.

Stone Crabs are available fresh during Stone Crab season only. The season begins on October 15 and ends on May 1. During the summer months, we offer superior quality, previously frozen claws that arrive ready to eat and enjoy. We take all the guesswork of having to defrost – no muss or fuss, just serve with our mustard sauce and let the good times roll.
